1. Visiting the website

When you visit the website, our host World4You Internet Services GmbH, Hafenstraße 47–51, 4020 Linz, Austria, automatically stores as processor: IP address, date and time, page requested, previously visited page and browser identifier. This is necessary for secure and stable operation (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are deleted after 14 days.

2. Visitor statistics

We count visits with our own statistics on our server – without cookies and without storing your IP address. We record: page visited, referring website, device type, browser, language and time spent, as well as clicks on datasheets and photometric files (file name) and on phone or e-mail links (only the fact of the click, not content or recipient). To count visits, an anonymous value is formed from IP address and browser identifier; it changes daily and cannot be traced back to you. The data is not passed on and is deleted after 400 days (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” is enabled in your browser, nothing is recorded.

3. Contact

If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we use your details only to process your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and keep them as long as necessary for this and for statutory retention obligations (up to 7 years).

4. Savings calculator and product search

The savings calculator and the product search work exclusively in your browser. Your inputs are neither stored nor transmitted to us.

5. Cookies and third-party services

This website uses no cookies and does not embed any third-party content or services (no fonts, maps, videos or tracking from third parties). Only if you switch between light and dark mode yourself does your browser remember this setting locally on your device; it is not transmitted to us. The “View on map” link opens OpenStreetMap only after you click it.
